Sports activities in senior age as part of a healthy age

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is sport and physical activities of seniors aged 60 to 74 living in the town of Tábor. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part it defines the concept of old age. It also focuses on the quality of seniors´ life, seniors´ sport and physical activities and the sport of seniors in the town of Tábor. The main part of this work consists of a practical part, which used a questionnaire to determine the physical status of seniors, their relationship to sports and information about organizations focused on sports for seniors. I believe that this work will serve to reflect and improve the active way of life of our senior fellow citizens.
Role of civic organizations in the life of small municipalities

Title: The role of the civic organizations in the life of the small municipalities Objectives: The main objective is to evaluate the relationship between civil society organizations and representatives of public administration in terms of their common aspiration to build cohesion in the former Association of Municipalities Neveklovsko. Defunct micro-region is also subject to consideration of future similar institutions. Methods: This multi-case study is based on analysis of data collected in selected community association Neveklovsko. The project will also draw information from public printed materials. This project will be based on semi-structured interviews with the mayors of municipalities and chosen representatives of civic associations. Results: We found that all municipalities of examined micro-region realize the importance and interest groups in the villages. Municipalities are trying to make these voluntary organizations to promote and ensure better social life of the inhabitants. Recently, the municipalities of the former micro-region worked together again in the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the eviction of Neveklovsko. Recreating of micro-region is not in a sight. Any municipalities do not agree with the financing and therefore they have no further interest in this integration....
Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech environment

Title: Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech Environment. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the Czech beach volleyball history since its beginning. The next aim is to delineate the way of organizing and integration of beach volleyball into the Czech sport environment. Methods: The paper used the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Different methods of personal interviews are used to collect data about development and status of beach volleyball from athletes and officials. Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) is applied to public. Results: I created a complete overview of the Czech beach volleyball history, as developed in the Czech sports environment, to the present. In the second part, I delineated an organization of beach volleyball and it's emplacement in our conditionals in detail - both in a public and the private sector. Title: Marketing plan of PTU Praha Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis was to create a marketing plan for PTU Praha, including analyses of external and internal surroundings. The reason was to propose a concept for that organisation to increase its prosperity by marketing activities. Methods: Both methods of analyses, qualitative (interview and expert pannel) and quantitative (written or electronic survey), were used. Results: Data acquired from qualitative analysis was utilized and summarised in the results section of this diploma thesis. Based on those results and gathered information from interviews the best stratégy with optimal composition of markeing-mix tools has been chosen. Establishing a Nonprofit Organisation Providing Sports Activities with the Focus on Law and Organizational Structure

Title: Establishment of a Non-Profit Organization Providing Sports Activities with Focus on Law and Organizational Structure Targets: The target of the work is to create a guide describing how to proceed with establishment of a non-profit organization providing sport activities from the legal point of view. Another target of the work is a creation or determination of an organizational structure for sport oriented non-profit organization with a membership of up to 100 members. Methods of research: The following methods were used to create a business plan: literature research, document analysis, semi-structured interview with an attorney-at- law relating to issues of establishment of a non-profit organization, semi-structured interview with a bookkeeper of AK Zlín relating to non-profit organization financing and tax issues. Results: The result of the work is a guide describing particular steps of a process relating to establishment of a non-profit organization. The guide includes necessary documentation for establishment of a sport club as a registered association. Within the work particular financial and other sources are listed with which the non-profit organization might dispose including subsidy programmes eligible for sport clubs with a legal form of a registered association.
